Setting up an account
Ruminant, companion animal, equine and trout products
On 1 January 2021 we changed the way you order ruminant, companion animal, equine and trout products. You can now only order our ruminant, companion animal, equine and trout products by setting up a Direct by MSD Animal Health account.
Following an extensive selection process we have exclusively partnered with MWI Animal Health (MWI) and National Veterinary Services Limited (NVS), who work alongside us as our distribution partners providing both ordering and distribution services for these portfolios. Trout products must be ordered via MWI only.
Once you place an order you will be invoiced directly by MSD Animal Health, with any relevant discounts applied at the point of purchase – no more waiting for rebates. If you are part of a buying group or corporate there may be some differences to how you are invoiced, you should contact your corporate or buying group administrators for specific details.
Account set up form
To purchase our ruminant, companion animal, equine and trout products you will need to set up an account with us. To do this, please complete the account set up form and return this via email to email@example.com.
Customers with an existing MWI or NVS account
Existing MWI and NVS customers will be able to continue to order MSD Animal Health products from your existing supplier in the usual way provided you have set up your account with us.
Customers without an existing MWI or NVS account
If you do not have an account with either MWI or NVS, you will need to set up an account with one of them. You can do this by contacting them directly at the details below.
