Optimmune® Questions and Answers

How do I avoid the tube splitting?
When opening the tube for the first time, while breaking the seal on the cap, carefully grip the neck of the tube to avoid exerting a twisting force on the tube and weakening the body of the tube.
A degree of air is to be expected, so squeeze the tube very carefully and always from the bottom upwards.
Do NOT roll or fold the tube as it may split and cause wastage.
Keep your Optimmune at room temperature and handle the tube with care. The nature of the Optimmune ointment means that the tube has to be manufactured using a very specific material which needs to be handled carefully to avoid damage.

Why is there excess air in the Optimmune tube?
Our Optimmune product is supplied in a 10 g tube, however there is only 3.5 g of the Optimmune product supplied in this tube. This is completely normal and due to the manufacture of the product.
