Side Effects or Adverse Events
Social media should not be used to report any side effects or reactions from an MSD Animal Health product. MSD Animal Health will not share, use or store any personal information such as IDs or email addresses on social media without first obtaining appropriate consent, except for in the specific circumstances described in this policy, connected with adverse events, auditing, or third-party service providers. Updated June 2020 Any information you provide, including in the case of an adverse event or product quality complaint, may be shared with regulatory agencies, our company subsidiaries, and business partners with whom we have contractual agreements. MSD Animal Health UK Promotion
The SenseHub® Seasonal Savings Discount Promotion is organised by MSD Animal Health UK Limited, with a registered address at Walton Manor, Walton, Milton Keynes, MK7 7AJ UK (“MSD”) via @TheFarmsLife Instagram page. The Promotion envisaged by the Terms and Conditions (as defined below) is void where prohibited by law. By accepting the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification. The following Promotion is applicable to the United Kingdom only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to law of England and Wales. Do not enter this Promotion if you are not legally a resident in this country at time of entry.TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over on the date the Promotion begins (as stated below). Employees of MSD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and/or household members of each are not eligible. MSD may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
3. Promotion Dates: This Promotion will begin on 03 December 2024 and will end on 27 December 2024 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). All Promotion entries received after the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.
4. Promotional Item(s) offered:
a. At the end of the Promotion Period, first ten (10) individuals that have never bought SenseHub® (directly or indirectly) who contacted MSD via direct messages in @SenseHubGB Instagram page provided the following conditions are met:
i. A participant should follow MSD on @SenseHubGB & @MSDRuminantsGB Instagram pages.
ii. A participant shall send the following information to @SenseHubGB via direct messages:
1. Discount code communicated by @TheFarmsLife Instagram page.
2. Provide their full name, email, a farm postal address.
The first ten (10) individuals will receive the following prize: 5% discount on the first purchase quotation price of SenseHub® (the “Promotional Item(s)”). If you do not provide accurate details, your claim will become invalid.b. The Promotional Item(s) are non-transferable, may not be resold, may not be combined with other offers, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except as provided herein. All taxes on Promotional Item(s) won are the responsibility of the respective winner(s).
5. Promotional Item(s) Assignment: First ten (10) individuals from all eligible entries received during the relevant Promotion Period shall be selected by MSD, MSD accepts no responsibility for late, lost or incomplete entries.
6. Limit one entry per person per email address. No third-party entries. Entrants may enter the Promotion by submitting a new entry during the relevant Promotion Period; provided, however, that the winner of any Promotional Item(s) is not eligible to win any further prizes in this Promotion.
7. MSD is not responsible for any computer system, or technical malfunction of any telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, program malfunctions or other errors, failure of any entry to be received by MSD on account of technical problems or errors or traffic congestion on the Internet or at website, or any combination thereof, that are human or technical in nature, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this promotion.
8. MSD reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time to cancel or suspend this Promotion and randomly award the Promotional Item(s) from among all eligible entries prior to action taken by MSD. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at: @SenseHubGB
9. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, MSD reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
10. MSD is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion.
11. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such devices will cause disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the eligibility section of these official rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
12. MSD reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
13. Selected winners will be conducted by MSDs marketing department whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. The winner will be notified via direct messages of their Instagram page used to participate in the Promotion as soon as practicable after the assignment date ("Notification Message”). If the Promotional Item(s) or a respective Notification Message is returned as undeliverable, the Promotional Item(s) will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
14. MSD will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize by 27 December 2024 (inclusive),, MSD reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received. MSD does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner releases MSD, its directors, employees, and agents including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and or use or misuse of any Promotional Item(s), with the exception of death or personal injury caused by any negligence on the part of MSD, its directors, employees or agents.
16. Governing law: This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Data Privacy: MSD shall process personal data about entrants submitted in the course of the promotion in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its published privacy documents available at OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY - MSD Privacy.
