Nobivac® DP PLUS
Nobivac DP PLUS offers the earliest protection against canine parvovirus and canine distemper virus for puppies. Nobivac DP PLUS avoids the concern of parvovirus maternally derived antibody (MDA) interference from as early as 4 weeks of age, providing high levels of immunity from 3 days post vaccination due to its very rapid onset of immunity for canine parvovirus (and 7 days for canine distemper virus), allowing for earlier phased socialisation with increased confidence.
Conventional parvovirus vaccination finishes from 10 weeks of age with a 7 day onset of immunity resulting in puppies not being fully protected until they are a minimum of 11 weeks of age, however 40% of parvovirus cases occur in puppies less than 11 weeks old1, making puppies particularly vulnerable to this potentially fatal disease.
The higher vaccinal titre for canine distemper virus present in Nobivac DP PLUS allows for improved breakthrough of MDA, with 99% of puppies seroconverting to canine distemper virus vaccination between 4-6 weeks of age2.
Nobivac DP PLUS offers a new standard in puppy protection, allowing peace of mind and confidence in earlier protection against both canine parvovirus and canine distemper virus.

Active ingredients
The vaccine contains the following antigens per dose of 1 ml reconstituted vaccine:
- Live attenuated canine distemper virus strain Onderstepoort: 105.1 – 106.5 TCID50*
- Live recombinant canine parvovirus strain 630a: 105.1 – 106.7 TCID50*
* Tissue culture infective dose 50%

Indications for use
Nobivac DP PLUS is indicated for the active immunisation of puppies from 4 weeks of age:
- to prevent clinical signs and mortality of canine distemper virus infection and canine parvovirus infection
- to prevent viral excretion following canine distemper virus infection and following canine parvovirus infection.
Packaging
Nobivac DP PLUS is presented in a plastic box with 5 x 1 dose vial of vaccine and 5 x 1 vials doses of solvent.
