What does Equilis StrepE provide protection against?

What age can Equilis StrepE be used in horses?
Equilis StrepE can be used in horses from 4 months of age onwards.

What is the protocol for Equilis StrepE?
From 4 months of age administer two vaccinations of one dose of 0.2 ml reconstiuted Equilis StrepE with a 4 week interval.
All injections should be administer via submucosal vaccination
Do horses need booster vaccinations?
Revaccinate with Equilis StrepE every three months to maintain immunity.
Please note: A priming response is maintained for up to six months after basic vaccination. Therefore only a single dose of vaccine is needed to restore immunity.

Can Equilis StrepE be given with other Equilis vaccines?
No information is available on the safety and efficacy of this vaccine when used with any other veterinary medicinal product. A decision to use this vaccine before or after any other veterinary medicinal product therefore needs to be made on a case by case basis.
