As Chair of the NFU Dairy Board since 2016, Michael is a prominent name in the industry and strong advocate for farmer collaboration.
Routine monitoring helps him to reduce the risk of disease, working with Meadow Farm Vets and NMR to test for BVD, Johnes, IBR and leptospirosis.
He cites routine footbathing as essential to help combat herd lameness.
